| Fellow Fishers, I’m sure many of you have used multiple guides in multiple areas, only to find yourself still looking for that “special” guide that can consistently get you on the fish. Our club happened across using Mike Kaptur in Tillamook back in 1997, where he rewarded us that day with 8 nice Kings in just a few short hours of fishing. We knew at that time we had that “special” guide. We have been using him every year since that time, for many of our annual outing trips. His love for fishing is evident when you’re out with him. Members of our club are impressed with his knowledge of fishing techniques, as well as his knowledge of the holes and migration habits of the fish in the locales we charter. Mike will greet you with a comfortable, well appointed boat, and great fishing gear and tackle. After your day with Mike, you’ll find, like many of our members found, that it isn’t uncommon that Mike got you more and bigger fish than other guides in the area. Whether it is on the Clackamas, Willamette, Columbia River, or Tillamook, you’ll find Mike Kaptur one of those “special” guides you’ll keep coming back to.
